I am a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and practicum student supervised by Dr. Sam Leong, working towards a PhD in Clinical Psychology. I have been in the behavioral health field for 13 years, primarily working with individuals with autism, of all ages, and their families. My approach in working with clients is primarily Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Person Centered.
Often times life circumstances can bring trauma, anxiety, depression or maybe just leave you feeling stuck in patterns you want to overcome. Therapy can be a safe place to unpack and address your unconscious false narratives in order to live more fully.
My goal in therapy is to provide a safe and calming environment for adults and adolescents where they can be open about where they are and what they want to achieve from therapy. Everyone’s specific needs are different, and I believe change occurs when space is created for you to identify those needs, my hope is to help facilitate that space.
